All resources are packed into apk, the apk is a compressed file. So the resource file needed not be compressed first. What’s the best is that, .gz file cannot packed into apk, there will be a error during packing.

So we just remove the gz file, and not use it on c++ code, use uncompressed file instead.

The optimization introduces a bug where the priority and Touch Mode will not get changed if the list is locked.
The most straight forward fix is to merge the pHandlersToAdd and pHandlersToRemove into a queue and process through all of them in the order they are received
