Does this bug have any priority? I need to solve this problem, because I'm making my new game with cocos2d-2.x jsb and I need a solution

<scrollView>.setClippingType(ccs.LayoutClippingType.scissor);

the same code also works on panels, which have the same problema as scrollsView
