Bug #3103 [New]
It’s got none effect when the component of UILayout execute CCFadeOut/CCFadeIn action.
Can’t see the effect of FadeOut/FadeIn.
But other component like UIButton is ok, just UILayout.

UILayout组件执行CCFadeOut/ccFadeIn无效果
看不出淡入淡出的效果
执行其他动作如CCMoveto可以正确执行 .
UIButton可以执行ccFadeIn/out，可以看到效果
但是Layout不行
