现在工具条拖动的设计不是很合理，建议支持选择了控件之后可以直接在渲染区创建多个实例，参考Photoshop，Flash之类的

We will not change the operation about add control,because if change it like photoshop,every add control will have different size,and if want add control quick,can use copy operation.
