VS2010 link error at libpng and other third party libraries

now third party libraries are built by VC9 compiler as debug version
name=“Microsoft.VC90.DebugCRT” version=“9.0.21022.8”
As the result, develops who install VS2010 without “Microsoft.VC90.DebugCRT” will raise a link error
